Professional Development
As part of our commitment to continuous growth, we reimburse for the licensure and continuing education from the American Board of Opticianry. You will also be awarded a wage increase upon ABO licensure.

Health Insurance
Ensuring our employees can stay healthy is a priority for us, which is why we include an HMO plan as part of our benefits. This has an average monthly value of $500, and we offer the option to upgrade to PPO or add additional HMO coverage if you need it.

Vacation
To promote a healthy work-life balance, we provide vacation time to use at your leisure. As our employee, you can accrue 48 to 88 hours (one to two weeks) of paid time off (PTO) per year, depending on how many years you have been with the practice.
