We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lisa Chao for the exceptional care and dedication she brought to our patients during her time with us. Her expertise and compassion have touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed by both our team and the community. Dr. Chao has now relocated to Orange County to continue her career in optometry. We wish her every success and happiness in this new chapter of her journey.
Education & Experience
Dr. Lisa Chao completed a degree in Human Biology at the University of California, San Diego, before earning her O.D. at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. She has trained at the Bakersfield Veterans Affairs Clinic, Empire Eye & Laser Center, and the University Eye Care Clinic in both Los Angeles and Anaheim. Today, she brings expert primary care optometry to Bakersfield.
