Education & Experience
Dr. Sherry Shang achieved her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. After extensive training during her cornea and contact lens residency at the Southern California College of Optometry, she developed a special interest in myopia management for children. Dr. Shang has also presented at optometric conferences and continues to advance her growth and education within her field. She joined Li & Liao Optometry in August of 2022 as an optometrist and is excited to work with the team to bring clear vision to the Bakersfield community!
